Guns Down America

December 2018: Guns Down America,NYC, NY. We were invited to speak at a gala honoring Moms who have lost children to gun violence. Guns Down is an organization whose mission is to reduce the cycle of gun-related crime through education and economic empowerment. They teach alternatives to conflict and teach at-risk youth constructive skill sets. The program was founded by Frantz Michel, whom we met through the Coming Home Program at the Reformed Church of Bronxville.
