Liz Gannon-Graydon and Rob Graydon of What BETTER Looks Like spoke to participants about understanding what bullying is. They used humor as well as serious messages to help participants examine the term “just kidding.” When is something funny and when is it bullying? Participants were given tools to create a more compassionate school culture.
